Maybe it's just the format of the TED talks, but I was hoping he was going to offer some concrete solutions. And, unfortunately, even when we eliminate slavery in its strictest sense, there will still be millions of exploited people out there. However, such pessimism usually irritates me, so I want to make clear that I think liberating 27 million slaves would be a monumental achievement.
